Counterbalance Forklift Driver Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team in Kinning Park, Glasgow. As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating a Counterbalance clamp truck, removing finished stocks from production, loading bales onto vehicles, and conducting visual quality inspections on loads prior to despatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Counterbalance clamp truck safely and efficiently
  • Remove finished stocks from production and load bales onto vehicles
  • Conduct visual quality inspections on loads prior to despatch
  • Perform general housekeeping duties

  • A competitive pay rate of 13.40 per hour
  • A Monday to Friday day shift working 9.30am till 6.30pm

Requirements:
  • A solid work history and a can-do enthusiastic approach to work
  • Experience of working within a waste management environment or transferable skills from another industry
  • An up-to-date Counterbalance forklift licence with relevant, recent experience
