Oracle Systems Developer – eCommerce – £450 per day Outside IR35

Our client, a leading eCommerce company, is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Systems Developer to join their team and work on their financial database. This is a critical project within the business, requiring a knowledgeable professional to come in and hit the ground running. The Oracle Systems Developer must have a strong background and expertise in PL/SQL and be able to deliver tailored support as and when needed to the professionals working within finance teams that depend upon the provision of error-free revenue accounting data.

The Oracle Systems Developer will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining the accounting financial database, and be a key part of a team already dedicated to this system. The right candidate will have the right experience to fix rare bugs and consistently strive to improve the quality and structure of previously written code.

Key Skills:

  • Strong technical experience supporting, maintaining, and writing production code for Oracle and financial environments.
  • Expertise in Oracle databases (PL/SQL & SQL)
  • Strong background in Oracle APEX preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Financials to r12
  • Data Warehousing and Data Modelling / Architecture techniques
  • Familiar with accounting concepts
  • Experience of producing high-level design and low-level design documents

Rate: £450 per day Outside IR35

Duration: 3 months

Location: Hybrid
