Position Overview: Ashleigh C of E Primary School is in search of a dedicated sanitation operative. The ideal candidate should possess prior cleaning experience and demonstrate a strong work ethic along with reliability.

Contract Details: This role is a 41-week contract, which encompasses a week of cleaning during the Easter break and a two-week cleaning period in the summer.

Key Responsibilities: The successful applicant will collaborate with a team of cleaning staff and will report directly to the Caretaker. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises.
  • Performing daily tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Dusting and polishing surfaces.
  • Cleaning restrooms and disposing of waste.

Additional Information: All candidates who are shortlisted will undergo an online background check.

Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions, as sponsorship or work visas are not available. Proof of Right to Work will be required during the interview process.
