We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at the Fountains Health Centre in Chester. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of designated areas within the property.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain designated areas, including toilets and shower areas, to the highest standards.
- Operate powered equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and polishers, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Move items of furniture as required to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act, and report any incidents or hazards to the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Assist in other establishments as required, and attend meetings as requested.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, patients, and colleagues.
- Confidence in working as part of a busy team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
