In light of their ongoing growth, they are looking to recruit Versatile Maintenance Technicians to become part of their welcoming team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Uphold the highest standards of Health and Safety to maintain a secure working environment.
- Implement Planned Preventative Maintenance, along with Inspections, Services, and Repairs.
- Conduct electrical maintenance and repairs on existing equipment, with the potential to install new machinery as necessary.
- Ensure the thorough application of continuous improvement methodologies across all sectors of the manufacturing facility to enhance performance.
- Collaborate effectively with all support functions by fostering strong working relationships to maximize factory efficiency.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Completed an Advanced Apprenticeship (L3) in Engineering Maintenance or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in maintenance and fault diagnosis of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
- Preferred familiarity with Siemens PLC systems and fault diagnosis.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Understanding of fundamental continuous improvement tools and techniques.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Currently operating on an alternating day shift (6-2 & 2-10)
