Personal Tax Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, private equity executives, entrepreneurs, and trusts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their tax affairs are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of personal clients, focusing on HNWIs, private equity executives, entrepreneurs, and trusts.
- Compliance and Advisory: Ensure timely compliance with client and regulatory deadlines, monitoring time limits and elections. Proactively engage with clients on advisory matters, assisting with tax planning projects, including succession planning, capital gains, and inheritance tax issues.
- HMRC Enquiries and Correspondence: Handle HMRC enquiries, disclosures, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Billing and Budgeting: Oversee billing and budget monitoring for assigned projects, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Team Development: Mentor and support junior staff members in technical and personal development, delivering technical training sessions and engaging in personal and team business development activities.
- Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on technical knowledge and ensure adherence to internal procedures, ensuring the highest standards of tax expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Tax Manager or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
