Company Overview: Insight Employment is currently in search of a dedicated Inventory and Procurement Supervisor to join a rapidly growing E-commerce client.
About the Role: This position involves overseeing stock management for a diverse range of high-quality products catering to various demographics, including toys, fashion, home accessories, and beauty items, available on multiple E-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock levels.
- Organize stock placements and implement strategies to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and Team Leaders to address and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Provide inventory assistance across various departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare daily and weekly reports as required.
- Communicate effectively with the line manager regarding stock count variances and general warehouse inquiries.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to uphold stock control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, providing valuable insights into inventory management and logistics.
