You will join a compassionate and innovative team within the East Central Hub, with opportunities to work at various locations. Your preferences will be considered during the interview process.

In this role, you will have the independence to organize your daily schedule and make critical clinical decisions for your patients.

The position requires flexibility, with working hours spanning Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 22:00. We offer a range of shift options, including 6, 8, or 10-hour shifts, to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, symptom management, bowel and continence care, catheter care, and medication administration, including IVs.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Assisting patients in remaining at home and preventing hospital admissions.
  • Encouraging self-care and independence among patients.
