Restaurant Supervisor Role at De Vere
Main Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Supervisor at De Vere, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and high-quality service of our food and beverage areas. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing duty management, maintaining cash floats, and ensuring all F&B areas are well-presented at all times to enhance the dining experience for our customers.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Effective management of duty staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintenance of accurate cash handling and float management
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all F&B areas
- Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
Requirements:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills and effective communication are essential, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. Previous experience in a similar environment and attention to detail are required.
