About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team at Chartwells - Schools. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive and friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers
  • Develop and maintain eye-catching food and counter displays that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Represent Chartwells - Schools in a professional and positive manner, embodying our brand values and image
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain the highest standards of food handling and hygiene, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • A positive and can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar catering role is desirable, but not essential - we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
