We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred and strengths-based support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience of working with individuals with complex needs, preferably in a Positive Behaviour Support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Commitment to promoting the rights and dignity of service users.
