We are seeking an Internal Engagement Officer to enhance our internal communication strategies within our organization.

As an Internal Engagement Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with leadership to formulate a comprehensive internal communication strategy aimed at engaging a diverse workforce across multiple international locations.
  • Promoting our organizational values of Curiosity, Care, Courage, and Community.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of a significant awards ceremony for approximately 150 attendees.
  • Overseeing the preparation of Monthly Business Briefs, including coordinating agenda items and presenter materials.
  • Enhancing visibility and interaction on our internal communication platforms.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in crafting and implementing internal communication strategies within a global enterprise.
  • Proficiency in assessing internal communications and recommending appropriate channels based on relevance and impact.
  • Proven track record of boosting engagement through targeted communication channels.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with senior management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, including managing large virtual meetings.
  • Experience in organizing live events, particularly awards ceremonies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
