Senior German ESG Consultant

Timely Recruit Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior German ESG Consultant to collaborate with senior management and board members of private equity clients to help them understand and document their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. ESG Documentation and Strategy: Work with senior management to document ESG practices and map the journey to Net Zero, culminating in an annual ESG Impact Report.
  2. Revenue Generation: Conduct ESG maturity assessments, due diligence for private equity clients, and generate consulting revenues.
  3. Net Zero Strategy Development: Review Net Zero baseline calculations, create carbon reduction plans, and develop TCFD-aligned climate risk strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Consultancy Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental, Social, or Governance aspects of Sustainability within a business consulting environment.
  2. Passion for ESG: Demonstrated passion for Net Zero, ESG, or Sustainability initiatives.
  3. Consulting Proficiency: Experience working in a consultancy business is highly advantageous.
  4. Strong Writing Skills: Enjoy writing detailed reports and documentation, as this is a significant part of the role.

Language: English and German (Both at native level)

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (Depending on Experience) + Company Benefits
