Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Vector Recruitment Ltd. As an Electrical Engineer, you will provide specialist electrical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex electrical issues within automation machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level technical support to customers, developing and delivering training sessions, and creating detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers, working closely with the external sales team to contribute to the growth of market share.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed about new trends, and participate in industry events and exhibitions.
  • Fault find and diagnose electrical issues within special purpose machinery and automation systems.
Requirements:
  • A degree or HND qualification in Electronics, Electromechanical, or other engineering discipline.
  • 5 years recent and relevant experience in electrical engineering support.
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and experience with a range of communication channels.
  • Methodical and organized problem-solving skills, with the ability to keep clear and comprehensive records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, with hands-on testing and diagnostics experience.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £35k - £48k (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits.
