Trainee Restoration Technician

We are seeking a Trainee Restoration Technician to join our team at Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. As a Trainee Restoration Technician, you will be involved in the restoration of commercial and residential properties, structures, and machinery following events such as fire or flooding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strip out commercial properties following water or fire damage
  • Set up equipment to begin the drying out process
  • Ensure compliance and health & safety at all times
  • Order specialist equipment and materials in advance of project needs
  • Return equipment at the end of the project
  • Upload project reports and updates to the company claims management system
  • Assist in looking after temporary hires during projects
  • Coach where necessary

You will work on a range of specialist projects and some smaller projects from time to time. You will attend team meetings and will be required to travel extensively and stay away from home regularly during the week and when required in fully expensed accommodation with a meal allowance.

Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points on licence)
  • Own transport
