Senior Records Analyst Job Opportunity

A leading law firm in London has a permanent job opening for a Senior Records Analyst to join a small Records Management team.

The Senior Records Analyst plays a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the Records Management Service, with opportunities to be involved in significant projects over the next few years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy of information about records held in digital and hardcopy formats.
  • Implement retention in the document management system, ensuring records are destroyed at the right time with appropriate approvals.
  • Engage with service users at all levels within the firm.
  • Support the records management system and train regular service users.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in the records management sector.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer care.
  • Demonstrable ability to work using own initiative and prioritise conflicting demands.
  • Work accurately with good attention to detail.
