Senior Director of Clinical Imaging

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Clinical Imaging to join our team at ARTBIO. As a critical member of our Program Team, you will work closely with program leads, functional heads, and subject matter experts to advance our development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical imaging strategies to support our clinical development plans for Radioligand Therapy (RLT) agents.
  • Design and manage imaging protocols, plans, and procedures for clinical studies.
  • Provide oversight and guidance for all aspects of Medical Imaging for clinical trials.
  • Deliver subject matter expertise regarding advanced imaging techniques, image evaluation, and dosimetry estimation.
  • Manage the resolution of technical/radiological/dosimetry questions and issues on a study and program level.
  • Facilitate imaging/dosimetry academic collaborations, contractors, vendor/partner interactions.
  • Oversee CRO vendors, including imaging core labs and dosimetry vendors, to ensure optimal execution of clinical imaging projects.
  • Collaborate with the oncology clinical team to ensure strong collaboration between functions, collaborators, and vendors and high team performance.
  • Participate in program development/enhancement, financial planning and analysis, metrics and reporting, shared services relationship management, contract compliance, and process improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 12 years of industry experience; advanced degree required, Ph.D. preferred, in Medical Physics or Radiation Protection.
  • Demonstrate strong technical competency in medical imaging and dosimetry in the field of RLT development.
  • Experience in Medical Imaging, Regulatory and Clinical Research processes.
  • Direct experience designing and managing imaging aspects of clinical protocols for oncology RLT agents.
  • Specific experience with imaging study design and direct/indirect estimation of normal organ and tumor dosimetry for early-stage clinical development in RLT agents.
  • Interpersonal skills, organization and communication skills, leadership skills, and problem-solving savvy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with team members and independently.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancement.
