We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bank Staff Nurse to join our team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and evaluate personalized health and wellbeing care needs of patients, in line with the Trust's Values & Nursing & Midwifery Professional Framework goals.
- Provide clinical supervision and advice for other staff and students to support them in reaching their full potential.
- Work in an acute healthcare environment, such as on a hospital ward or in a care home, with at least 150 hours of experience within the last three months.
- Paid induction, mandatory updates, and ongoing training/CPD, including e-learning content for flexible completion.
- Access to the NHS Pension Scheme.
- Counselling and support via our occupational health services, including mindfulness sessions to support your health and wellbeing.

- Appropriate NMC Registration.

- Evidence of continuing education or development for more experienced Band 5 nurses.
