Pharmacist Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. in the Aldershot branch.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to lead a dedicated team and make a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Oversee a team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
  • Provide immunization services (where applicable).
  • Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
  • Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.
