About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Smart Meter Engineer to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation of smart meters across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain smart meters in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on smart meter equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for smart meter installation and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in smart meter installation and maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of smart meter equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
