Compensation: £19 - £21 per hour, commensurate with experience


Overview:

Think Recruitment is seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our responsive repairs team in South Tyneside. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social housing maintenance and repairs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of properties to identify issues related to dampness and condensation.
  • Perform general property repair evaluations and collect relevant data.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and organization of survey details.
  • Carry out structural inspections and develop comprehensive work packages.

Qualifications:

The successful applicant should have:

  • A valid driving license.
  • Asbestos awareness training.
  • Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying.
