Exciting Opportunity for a Civil Engineer Leader

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our consultancy as an Associate Director. The role involves leading the civil operations at a highly respected company.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working for a consultancy carrying out projects and have some experience in management. You will be working in a range of sectors including a mixture of residential, industrial, and commercial projects.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a talented and experienced civils team to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
  • Developing business for the office.
  • Maintaining existing relationships.
  • Running team meetings.
  • Workforce planning.
  • Taking responsibility for recruitment and growth.
  • Financial and commercial responsibility.
  • Coordination with other disciplines and regions of the business.
