Accountancy Practice Manager

About the Role:
ProTalent is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join their team. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring timely delivery of accounts and other client services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to meet their needs
- Liaise with new and existing clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare, review, and sign off accounts, including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
- Prepare management accounts and ensure timely delivery of client services
- Allocate time effectively to tasks, prioritizing revenue-generating activities
Requirements:
- Fully-qualified or part-qualified with experience in an accountancy practice
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience in practice, preferably currently working in practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to judge priorities and make decisions quickly
- Familiarity with cloud accounting packages and emerging technology
- Ability to solve problems, take responsibility, and add value to the team immediately
- Able to work independently
