About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at On Target Recruitment. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling rental of Structural Support Solutions to demolition, specialist and tier 1 contractors throughout South West and South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell rental of Structural Support Solutions to customers in the construction industry.
- Work with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Manage sales pipeline through effective scheduling and identify key projects and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and work jointly with colleagues across functions to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in a field sales role within the construction sector.
- Ability to plan diary/time effectively.
- Confidence in winning new business and managing existing accounts.
- Full driving license.
What We Offer:
- Basic Salary: £30k-£35k.
- Uncapped OTE (paid monthly in arrears).
- Company Car + Fuel card.
