Our client is seeking a Senior Engineer for a significant contract role focused on a major infrastructure project.

This position involves site-based responsibilities, where you will be instrumental in overseeing the administration and construction supervision of the project.

Key Responsibilities:


• Overseeing on-site operations, ensuring adherence to contract specifications and maintaining safe working practices in compliance with Health & Safety and CDM Regulations.

• Acting as the NEC4 Project Manager for a Generation 4 works package, managing a project valued at up to £100 million over a two-year period.
• Providing both verbal and written directives to contractors, making immediate decisions that impact costs and safety.
• Implementing basic design modifications to address unforeseen challenges encountered on-site.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in the role of NEC4 Project Manager, Supervisor, or a similar position.
• Familiarity with National Highways operations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and 3D Modelling software.
• Experience with CEMAR.
• Comprehensive understanding of NEC4 contracts, specifications, and measurement methods.
