Kitchen Team Leader Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at the Brass Monkey in Plymouth. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification.
  • Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and management of supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient kitchen.
  • Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times, adhering to our high standards.
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance and contribute to the team's success.
