Electrical Engineer Lead Job Description

At Uniper, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Lead to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing electrical engineering projects and teams, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our power plants and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical engineering projects and teams, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical engineering projects align with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to electrical engineering teams and personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
