We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at T&K Associates Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and plant.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and complex electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance, and installations to minimize downtime and optimize site operations.
- Manage and maintain a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) using SAP to track and schedule maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and input to projects, including modifications and installations.
- Work with contractors and other teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform fault finding and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with all Company procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing is essential.
- Served a recognized Engineering Apprenticeship in mechanical engineering.
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Engineering maintenance or equivalent.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including control systems.
- Mechanical repairs and fault finding skills.
- Experience with welding and fabrication.
- Conversant with Health & Safety requirements and legislation.
- Proficient in the use of hand power tools.
