About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at T&K Associates Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and complex electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance, and installations to minimize downtime and optimize site operations.
  • Manage and maintain a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) using SAP to track and schedule maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical support and input to projects, including modifications and installations.
  • Work with contractors and other teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform fault finding and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing is essential.
  • Served a recognized Engineering Apprenticeship in mechanical engineering.
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Engineering maintenance or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, including control systems.
  • Mechanical repairs and fault finding skills.
  • Experience with welding and fabrication.
  • Conversant with Health & Safety requirements and legislation.
  • Proficient in the use of hand power tools.
