Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Business Development team. As a market-leading software company, we're dedicated to recruiting talented individuals who can drive our growth. This role presents a great opportunity for driven professionals, offering a competitive base salary, unlimited commission potential, and frequent incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting through various channels to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Record new leads and maintain the CRM Salesforce database.
  • Work on calling campaigns within an allocated timeframe.
  • Follow up on incoming activity from our website to support lead generation and ensure accurate sales activity recording.
Requirements
  • Strong time management, planning, teamwork, work ethic, and organizational skills.
  • Strong daily activity planning skills, with a focus on setting goals, achieving results, and maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce.
