As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their insurance programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative servicing of client insurance programmes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, forms, and documents as required.
- Effectively contribute to credit control processes, actively tracking premium payments and pursuing uncollected premiums.
- Monitor and manage risk improvements, ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to account queries and manage risk-related issues.
- Assist in collating and preparing data for pre-renewal, broking, and client renewal reports/presentations.
- Produce documents, such as client letters/reports, in line with client requirements.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
- Strong academic background with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to impactfully communicate with stakeholders.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to quickly interpret commercial challenges and drive solutions for clients.
