Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR People Partner to join our team at Liberty Recruitment Group. As an HR People Partner, you will be responsible for providing a first-class HR service to our business, working closely with our Head of People and HR Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on the full employee lifecycle, including employment law, recruitment, well-being initiatives, on-boarding, performance management, organisational change, and TUPE.
  • Support and coach Managers of the business to ensure effective HR practices.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • A Level 5 CIPD qualification.
  • A full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Reliability, keenness, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise and work at pace.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary between £28,000 and £32,000 depending on experience.
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Generous annual leave starting at 25 days, increasing with continuous service, plus Bank Holidays.
  • Flexible working options, including 8am to 6pm and hybrid working.
