In this role, you will collaborate with the applications team to advance our ELISA product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing experiments with a strong emphasis on ELISA methodologies.
- Taking initiative on projects with minimal supervision while adhering to established standard operating procedures.
- Applying development processes to various projects as required by the organization.
- Analyzing and interpreting experimental data effectively.
- Communicating findings to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Working collaboratively with team members across different departments to ensure timely project completion.
- Identifying opportunities for assay performance enhancement.
- Conducting performance evaluations for laboratory technicians.
- Providing training and guidance to R&D technicians in ELISA methodologies and experimental design.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
- Extensive industrial experience in a research and development capacity.
- Proven track record in mentoring and supporting junior staff members.
- Experience in project management and reporting.
- Strong skills in experimental planning, execution, and data analysis.
- Proficient in presenting data to diverse audiences.
- Excellent report writing, data analysis, and statistical skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
