Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at ESMS Junior School Nursery. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, child-centered education and care to our young students.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing a curricular program that meets the needs of individual children, setting up stimulating learning experiences, and observing and recording children's progress. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a curricular program that meets the needs of individual children, in line with National and Local standards
- Set up challenging and stimulating indoor and outdoor learning experiences that promote children's development and well-being
- Observe and record children's progress, using this information to inform planning and delivery of learning experiences
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
- Undertake any other tasks as directed by the nursery team or other members of management within the Junior School
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience delivering Curriculum for Excellence – Early Level and a passion for working with young children. You will also need to be highly organized, able to work independently, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
