About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring that they remain as active and independent as possible.

  • Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times, fostering a positive environment for our residents and staff.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Good understanding of care planning processes, including risk assessments and medication administration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
