Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team at LHH. As an Organisational Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Workforce Planning and Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality business support to the Workforce Planning and Development team.
  • Carry out various activities related to recruitment, pre-employment checks, preboarding, and onboarding of new colleagues.
  • Deliver effective learning and training activities to support the team's goals.
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues, candidates, and new employees to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience of delivering effective business support activities within a busy team.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
