Your Role as a Catering Assistant

As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and delivery between schools. You will ensure smooth operations and provide outstanding service to students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with basic food preparation tasks.
  • Delivering meals efficiently and safely between school locations.
  • Operating the till during meal service (full training provided).
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service to students and staff.

About You:

We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A full UK driving license.
  • Previous experience in a catering environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 certification (preferred, but training can be provided).
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
