We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Lawyer specializing in Rural Property, Agriculture, and Estates to join a prestigious London-based law firm.


This firm is recognized as a leader in the legal field, particularly in the areas of private wealth management, real estate, and commercial law. Their Private Client department is consistently acknowledged in legal directories for handling complex and high-profile matters.

As a Senior Associate in the Rural Property, Agriculture, and Estates team, you will engage in a wide range of activities related to Rural Land and Business. This includes:

  • Facilitating land sales and purchases
  • Managing agricultural tenancies
  • Safeguarding mineral rights
  • Overseeing tidal river schemes
  • Addressing easements between neighboring properties
  • Handling multi-million-pound development projects
