Position Overview

Tangent International is actively seeking multiple Site Services Engineers for a rolling contract opportunity across various locations in the UK.

Key Locations:

  • Worcester / Hereford

This role entails the oversight, management, and execution of on-site service operations, ensuring that all activities align with the operational and engineering support functions. The objective is to maintain continuous service availability and meet the established Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance metrics. The successful candidate will join a skilled team of engineers and will be expected to participate in the on-call rotation.

Essential Knowledge Areas:

  • Operations and Maintenance (O&M) experience with Base Transceiver Station (BTS) and Radio Access Network (RAN) systems, along with Microwave technology.
  • Experience in climbing and working at heights.
  • Familiarity with primary vendor equipment including Huawei, Ericsson ERS, and Nokia Airscale, with a focus on Siae Microwave systems.

Requirements:

  • The daily compensation will encompass all associated costs, including transportation, fuel, and mobile communication expenses.
  • A valid climbing certification is mandatory for tower and mast access.
  • A 4x4 vehicle is advantageous but not a strict requirement.
  • The role includes responsibilities for on-call standby services.
