Healthy Homes Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous individual to join our Healthy Homes Team as a Healthy Homes Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day planning and scheduling of appointments to ensure that we meet our targets and deliver an outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the scheduling of appointments and maintain the workflow of jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with customers, management team, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and progress updates.
- Manage Disrepair claims and obtain internal disclosure information to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Provide a professional, efficient, and courteous service to customers, answering queries and providing information about our services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
