Overview:

Protocol Education is seeking dedicated Literacy Support Educators to join our team within primary educational institutions in the Melksham area. These schools are part of a reputable trust and have recently achieved a "Good" rating in their educational assessments.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support Key Stage 1 students in small group settings, focusing on literacy development.
  • Utilize the Read Write Inc. (RWI) Phonics program to enhance students' reading skills.
  • Prepare and plan lesson materials, ensuring alignment with the RWI framework.
  • Engage with students aged 4 to 8, fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

While a Level 2/3 Early Years Educator qualification is preferred, candidates with substantial experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) training will also be considered.
