Pizza Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at Franco Manca in Lincoln. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Neapolitan sourdough pizzas to our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook pizzas to order, using our secret recipe and techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
