About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cost Consultant to lead the preparation of cost estimates for projects at various phases. As a key member of our team, you will liaise with contractors and vendors to gather input for estimates, attend project review meetings, and contribute to project plans and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for projects at various phases
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for input into estimates
- Attend internal and external project review meetings
- Contribute to project plans and schedules
- Identify scope of work required to undertake a project
- Estimate deliverables and hours required to deliver a project
Requirements:
- Competent in the use of MS Office applications
- Exposure to mentoring of junior team members and apprentices
- Commercial and contracts experience
