About the Role:
This is a 100% in-house role located in Knutsford, Cheshire, and offers a generous base salary, share options, and a comprehensive benefits package. As an HR Graduate, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs for employees
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Masters or PhD in a people-related course (e.g., Organisational Psychology, Business Psychology, People Analytics, Social Sciences, Behavioural Economics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
