Lead the Way in Healthcare Sector Development

Ramboll Group A/S is seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth and success of our Healthcare sector. As a Healthcare Sector Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our services and expertise in this critical area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sector growth strategies to increase Ramboll's presence and reputation in the Healthcare sector.
  • Lead large multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and future clients, external partners, and Ramboll colleagues to drive business growth and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities and address them with innovative solutions that add value to our clients and demonstrate Ramboll's commitment to sustainable change.
  • Contribute to the leadership group in our Healthcare division, setting strategic priorities to ensure continuous growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Academic degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Professional membership of a relevant institution.
  • Several years of experience in project and/or programme management in healthcare, with a strong understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
  • Innovative mindset, passion for sustainability, and ability to drive change.
  • Business acumen, effective communication skills, and ability to collaborate across technical and geographical borders.
