About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their parcels on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver parcels to customers across the assigned area, using route-planning technology to optimize routes and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Prep your van and workload for the day, ensuring you are ready to hit the road and deliver parcels efficiently
  • Work independently, using your initiative to resolve any issues that may arise during delivery
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations, delivering parcels with a smile and a sense of pride

Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Upbeat, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Organised, punctual, and with great initiative

  • Comfortable interacting with customers, acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail
  • Happy to work in the afternoon and early evenings
