Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, and ensuring that client objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets
  • Manage project planning, including ensuring the production of detailed project plans
  • Advising on the procurement of resources
  • Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
  • Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance
  • Managing the change control process
  • Monitoring and advising on project finances
  • Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
  • Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
  • Professionally qualified (MCIOB/APM or similar)
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
