Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

Our client, a leading Scottish law firm and estate agent, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Edinburgh's city centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register applicants and identify their specific property search requirements.
  • Cross-sell properties to applicants, highlighting the properties' main features and encouraging viewings.
  • Keep clients informed of all activity on their property (viewings, noted interests, etc).
  • Assist with property administration.

Requirements:

  • Previous estate agency experience.
  • Knowledge of local property market conditions.
  • Understanding of local economic factors.
  • Familiarity with advertising mediums relevant to the property industry.
  • An understanding of financial services products.
  • Sales experience.
  • Experience of cross-selling and building business.

What We Offer:
