Key Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a valid ADR license with classification 2 (in packages). Additionally, applicants should have held the HGV Class 2 entitlement for a minimum of 2 years to meet insurance criteria.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the HGV Class 2 ADR Transport Operator include:

  • Safely transporting gas cylinders to designated locations.
  • Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintaining accurate delivery records.
  • Ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition and reporting any issues.

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • A valid ADR license with classification 2 (in packages).
  • At least 2 years of experience holding an HGV Class 2 entitlement.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional runs as required.

Working Conditions:
This position primarily operates out of Reading, with occasional travel required. Full training will be provided, and the typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work based on agreement. Additional allowances for weekends and bank holidays are available on top of the hourly rate.
