Bank Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at Ty Cwm Rhondda, a 20-bedded low secure mental health facility. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in providing senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team, supporting the Charge Nurses, Ward Manager, and Hospital Director.
The successful candidate will have a degree of clinical and leadership experience that provides the expertise and confidence required to support the team. You will work closely with individuals to stabilise their mental health and behaviours, with the aim of maximising independence and promoting reintegration into the community at the earliest opportunity.
