Job Type: Part Time - Permanent

Working Hours: The Learn to Swim Programme is set to commence soon, with initial hours including Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons, as well as Saturday mornings. These hours are subject to expansion as the programme develops.

The Perse Sports Centre is seeking a qualified Aquatic Instructor to enhance their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards in swimming instruction for individuals of varying ages and skill levels, ensuring that lessons adhere to the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.

The ideal candidate will serve as a positive role model, fostering an enjoyable atmosphere that motivates and encourages children to engage in swimming activities. They will assess participants' abilities, guiding them to achieve their maximum potential while maintaining accurate records of their progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons tailored to different skill levels.
  • Encourage a fun and engaging learning environment.
